Well people, I think we need to get together some kind of "Vision" for the whole of MoD.

I feel that this is what MoD needs, so that we can all have something to work towards.  Without a Vision, we will all be aimlessly plodding on, unaware of what the point is, which is not very rewarding, is it?

Every organisation that has been highly successful in the "Real" World (Except MS :D) has a Vision, including the goals leading up to it, so we are going to follow suit.

So please add your thoughts below; Firstly your Vision, or what you want to see happen in MoD in the future, and then the steps or goals leading up to that Vision:  Short Term Goals (Now), Medium Term Goals (Near Future), and Long Term Goals. (Final Steps to fulfilling your Vision)

Once we have all of your thoughts, the Pentagon [Overall MoD Admin team containing a few select Generals, both Founders, and the webmaster(s)] will attempt to combine them into an overall Vision for MoD, along with the goals leading up to it.  Once this is done, we will help you all to begin to achieve this Vision, and watch the success of MoD blossom into something even greater...
