Dear Sir or Madam,

I'm am writing to make a formal request for you to install the Net::Ping module on your Win2K servers.  I have written a program/script in Perl that makes use of this Module, but currently I cannot test it to any degree on your servers because the module is not installed.

I am willing to share the code for this module as you may wish to make use of it, although I expect your Web Design team already know how to do this sort of thing using Perl or other languages.

If you cannot or will not install the Net::Ping Module on your Win2K servers, the users of my website and I would appreciate greatly your giving us another way to achieve what I have written the program to do, namely to ping our Gaming Servers and feedback to the site their status.

Please let me know what your standing point on this matter is.
