Hi There!

The skins that originally came with the game had skins for Pluto labled 
"Ice". They were for the Apoc, Basl, Disr, Gorg, Mino, Myrm, Pala, and 
Talo. The other human vehicles such as the Avenger, the Dreadlock, the 
Emancipator, the Olypian, and the Predator, did not have any skins for 
use on Pluto. I went ahead and made my own version of Pluto skins for 
those five vehicles.

All these skins were done in MSPaint.
