Super Powio Ladies and gentlemen, it's that time again. I meant to upload this sooner, but I'm a procasinator as Weston would probably say. Anyways this one is so refined, and so massive, that it needed to be split into three files to keep the 56kers from imploding and then exploding a greusome death because they just can't get what's so awesome. *Cough* Aaaaanyways... the main advertisement: Starsiege Tools v3 A compilation of modding tools by Super Powio Starsiege Tools has gotten even better, boasting three huge new features:

A new simplified and organized directory structure involving batch files for creating textures. Now all you have to do to remap a texture is just drop your 24-bit texture into the folder matching the palette you want to map to, and then execute the batch file. (Users who want to use a custom palette will still need to use the command prompt to add a few parameters.)
Now you can create your own .PPL files using MpMerger, allowing you to create brand new worlds with their own palettes and textures. (.PPL files are the palette packages that Starsiege loads depending on the game mode.)
New support for the ZED editor, including a custom-made palette. Now you don't have to remap the colors every time you restart the ZED editor.
And here are the rest of the new features that I'm sure all you modders will enjoy:

BaBuild support, for making your own PBAs. Batch file included. (Thanks goes to S-110 for his initial research on this.)
Included a few 3DS Max shape files with the sequence and transition objects unhidden (thanks goes to Izzy for finding these in the first place). You'll still need 3DS Max 2.5 to use the plugins that export them to Darkstar .DTS, which I will not provide.
Included the Tribal IDE for creating script files.
Included VXTool for opening/creating .VOL files.
Included a few tools for Worldcraft that I initially excluded in previous releases of Starsiege Tools.
The texture packages for Worldcraft and the ZED Editor have been split into seperately zipped files. This is to reduce the size of the main package for those who don't want to delve into interiors. A basic package has been left included for general editing.
Included a few extras, such as some useful or interesting scripts.
Several fixes and adjustments, especially in textures & pallets. Some other miscellaneous tools.
For those who are interested in what extras were included, here's the list:

Buzzbum's Mapmod v3.0, an alternate script for the editor that allows you to use many previously hidden objects in your maps. Supports pointlight objects.
EventStdLib, an alternative to the schedule() command that allows the user to cancel a scheduled command en queue.
Modified terrains.cs, for creating super flat or imported terrains.
William Anzac's BMP Converter, which I use to convert phoenix bitmaps back to their original format, and extract their palettes.
The Starsiege Terrain Exporter script.
A sample of a new world made using Starsiege Tools' .PPL creating capabilities.
As always, you can get the files from Sun & Shadow's file archive or just download them directly from my personal web space: Starsiege Tools v3 Starsiege Tools - Terrain Texture Package for the ZED Editor Starsiege Tools - Terrain Texture Package for Worldcraft So what's next after this? Well, if I can get more into Visual Basic you might expect a GUI interface to come out some time in the future. But it's a long shot, so keep your fingers crossed (and try not to get arthritis). Enjoy. Maestro Impressive. Thanks again fellas. Diocide i've been looking for 3d max 2.5 for like 2 years now on and off, i would GREATLY appreciate if somone could point me in the right direction... Its not even sold anymore. Those toolz rule btw good work. MeijinKeiri I believe I know where to find it... Drop me a PM when you see this. Super Powio Starsiege Tools v3 received a minor update. It's now 3.1 and I added a few files the ZED editor's documentation referred to, which were missing previously. You shouldn't need to redownload it though since the files are in the Worldcraft directory of Starsiege Tools.
