To keep rank of 4* and above one must be active and perform certain duties for the squad like recruiting servers and arranging division battles within the squad. For Gen looking for a Promoution to the next level of Gen upto the level of 4*GEn you must maintain a active status and setup battles with other divisions in HSE. You must also train others and be in good working knowledge of both Tanks and Herc's. You may ask a HC member to review your skills for a Promoution. But it is up to the HC wheather or not you test.
For Members to move up you must complete a test of your verbal knowledge and battle skill . 1 Promotion a week unless the Gen decides otherwise for a very skillful individual.
