  Department Governing & Admin Team

Co-Founders:
Co-Founders are automatically in the Admin Team. They have Admin Powers over anything that is disputed, and they do not have to run a Department if they do not wish to. They regulate any essentials that allow the clan to operate normally. However, they are subject to review by the rest of the Admin Team.

Overseers:
Members who assume full clan control. They regulate any essentials that allow the clan to operate normally. Overseers have power of authority; they can make decisions over their Department at will and without the clans consent, but full clan decisions must be placed before the rest of the Admin Team for approval before going ahead. Overseers too are subject to review by the rest of the Admin Team.

Advisors:
The Advisor of a Department plays a very prominant role in the running of his or her respective Department. They are required to keep their finger on the pulse of the game they play, and fill in for the Overseer should that person be unable to complete any necessary task
  General Community

Members:
The mainstay of The Ministry, members are simply required to play their game... alot! There is no limit to the amount of Members allowed in The Ministry, but they must remain active in the Department(s) they have chosen to join.

Applicants:
Applicants are required to participate in all clan activities for an induction period of two weeks, in games wearing the clan tag: [TM] before their name. Eg. [TM]KillerMan
When the induction time is over, a final decision on the Applicants status will be made by the Overseer and Advisor of that Department. They will then be accepted in as a full member, or not.
